We ship all orders via Royal Mail and their prices are shown at checkout before payment.

Build An Order lets you hold and combine an order. It is not free delivery: final shipping costs must be paid before dispatch.

International delivery
We ship all International orders via Royal Mail delivery services and prices depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and carrier handling charges due in their destination country. These charges are not collected by us at checkout and may be payable before delivery.
Combining orders
Choose Build An Order in the shipping options at checkout if you would like to build up an order and combine delivery. We will hold your records until you are ready for them to be sent. Contact us when you are ready so we can confirm the final shipping cost. This option does not include free delivery: final shipping costs must be paid before dispatch.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns
If you are not happy with your purchase or change your mind, let us know within 31 days of delivery and return the item for a full refund of its purchase price. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you wish to return it.
Your statutory right to cancel an online order gives you at least 14 days, starting the day after delivery, to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to send the goods back. Our 31-day policy gives you longer to notify us and does not reduce these rights. You can also cancel before your order is delivered.
Incorrect, faulty or not-as-described items
If we sent the wrong item, or your record is faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will arrange a return for a full refund and reimburse your return postage. Please keep your postage receipt so we can reimburse the cost.
You have statutory rights for faulty or not-as-described goods, including a short-term right to reject them for a refund, normally within 30 days of delivery. Rights to other remedies may continue after that period. Our 31-day returns policy does not limit those rights, and you do not have to accept store credit instead of a refund where a refund is due.
Refunds
We normally issue your refund once the item has been returned to us, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund or restocking fee. When you cancel a whole order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge.
For a statutory cancellation, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that you sent them back if that is earlier. For incorrect or faulty items returned for a refund, we also refund the applicable original delivery charges and reimburse your return postage. For faulty or not-as-described goods, once we agree you are entitled to a refund, we issue it without undue delay and within 14 days of that agreement.
How to return an item
Contact us using the details on our Contact page with your name, order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm return instructions and the return address. Please pack records securely and return any sleeves, inner sleeves and other items supplied with them. Keep proof of posting.
You do not need to give a reason when cancelling within your statutory cancellation period. You can use the following wording if helpful, but you do not have to use this form: I wish to cancel my order. Order number: [number]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
